Refunds & returns

We understand you may change your mind about a purchase at our store. It happens! We won’t judge. We only hope you can decide your change of mind within a reasonable time – 30 days sounds about right for your hangover to subside.

We certainly don’t mind refunding the credit card you used at purchase minus the shipping charge (if applicable). Unfortunately, we won’t be able to pick up the bill for your return shipping. We truly believe in honesty here at Kemo Sabe, so if you do wear anything you buy or had one of our sales wranglers brand it, we won’t be able to refund your worn or branded items.

For custom pieces, (hats, boots, buckles, jewelry) that are designed with our expert sales wranglers, we cannot accept any returns. The process of creating a custom piece takes time and your wrangler will be sure to remind you that these are not refundable throughout the process of creating these pieces.

And one last thing – getting the right fit can be pretty tricky. We want to be sure your purchase is perfect. If you ordered the wrong size, please return it to us within 30 days to your sales wrangler’s attention. They’ll give you a call and get you the correct size right away!

FINAL SALE! If an item is on final sale, it will say so in the product description. If an item is on final sale, we cannot take any returns or exchanges for whatever reason. These are usually products that we have very few left of or a huge discount off.

Repairs

Kemo Sabe will replace missing stones or repair newly purchased jewelry within six months of purchase, and vintage jewelry within three months of purchase. Repairs and stone replacements are limited to instances of faulty jewelry—any customer-induced damage or issues past the one year/three month mark can be repaired for a price. Price varies depending upon the nature of the service and materials needed for repair.
