Ali moved to the Roaring Fork Valley when she was 16 from western Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Gender Studies from Fort Lewis College and she taught English in Mexico and Italy. Her passions involve plants, children, traveling, live music, and anything esoteric, or healing in nature.
